The TCB Family is so proud to congratulate Brooke Bostic, CAS on her transition from Sales & Marketing Coordinator to Account Manager & Marketing Visionary!
“We wanted to encapsulate the true nature of my new role,” expanded Brooke on her recent promotion. “As someone who has had a heavy hand in both sales and marketing at TCB, this role is a shift to a more specialized position.”
In her new role, Brooke will be laser-focused on personally catering to the needs of our most valued clients as well as advising our existing marketing team.
This title has Brooke over the moon, reflecting on how her role has evolved since she started at TCB and the recognition that accompanies this title change.
“This role shift gives me the chance to focus my time on clients that want exponential promotional products and additional services from us such as webstores, fulfillment, and more,” shared Brooke.
“My one true love is marketing, so it’s also nice to keep my finger on the pulse of all of our advancements and I hope to really dig into a primarily sales role. The freedom I will have to visit clients will be a game changer for me.”
When asked how she plans to positively impact our clients and their experiences with TCB Promotions, Brooke expressed her hope that by having more of her time dedicated to her top clients, they will feel that they have more freedom to send proposal requests.
Of course, we all recognize that shifts and added responsibility bring challenges that must be met. But, the best of the best know that these challenges ultimately result in reward.
“With any role shift, there is a learning curve,” said Brooke. “I know I will be constantly learning more about sales and marketing. My challenge will be shifting my time into more sales rather than marketing.”
When it comes to her day-to-day responsibilities, Brookes has expressed she will rely heavily on the systems we have in place for account management- a well-oiled machine!
“Salesforce is our best friend! I plan to really nail down my prioritization and still give myself time to be creative,” Brooke elaborated.
A promotion brings forth thoughts of the future and a reorganization of goals.
“The goals I have for sales in the future include landing 3-4 more solid, top accounts to really grow our business.”
“For marketing: Get our name out there more! We have hurdled some major obstacles in the past and now it’s time to really refine our brand and reach.”
Brooke, congratulations. Thank you for everything you do for TCB. We’ve got your back!
