As a hybrid Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for cultivating new business through proactive direct sales and nurturing current client relationships. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving business growth through increased sales.

  • Acquire and develop new business accounts through effective sales proposals and presentations in person or through video conferencing.
  • Increase business relationships with new and current clients and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand your clients’ business needs and offer proactive solutions that align with their marketing vision and timeline.
  • Manage and oversee promotional product programs from launch to completion while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure program satisfaction for clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to identify new markets and business opportunities, with a focus on targeting key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing with clients and suppliers to maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
  • Meet minimum monthly performance goals for capabilities presentations with both new and current customers.

  • Experience working with a client management CRM is considered a plus
