• 2 cups of ricotta cheese

• 1 cup of cream cheese, room temperature

• 1.5 cups of powdered sugar

• 1 tsp of vanilla extract

• 1 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

• Package of vanilla pizzelles

First, mix ricotta and cream cheese together until well-combined and smooth. Next, add vanilla and powdered sugar. And finally, fold in mini chocolate chips and then refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes. Enjoy with pizzelles!
